Nottinghamshire Healthcare’s services run from 145 individual properties on 63 different sites across Nottinghamshire. As part of our continuing efforts to ensure we are delivering the best possible care to the people who use our services, recent years have seen significant building developments take place at some of these sites.
These developments are managed by Nottinghamshire Healthcare’s in-house Capital Planning Unit.
Set up in 2004 in acknowledgement of the major capital developments happening across the Trust, this unit manages the Trust wide portfolio of new build / refurbishment projects, all with a capital value of over £1m.
