Here at Nottinghamshire Healthcare, we are proud of our staff. We place the recognition and celebration of good performance at the heart of how we deliver high quality services and how we value our staff.
That's why we have our own annual awards programme, the Outstanding Service Contribution And Recognition Scheme... or OSCARS, for short.
We first held the OSCARS in 2004. Each year, nominations are invited from people both inside and outside the Trust - and the whole process comes to a glittering climax at the awards night, when the winners in each of the categories are announced.
We believe the OSCARS is an important way of demonstrating to our staff, as both teams and individuals, that what they achieve is worth acknowledging, celebrating and - most importantly - communicating.
It is also important that the people who use our services, the people who care for them, and our partner organisations understand that we value the contribution that everyone can make to improving patient care - whether directly or indirectly.
The 2012 awards ceremony was held on Thursday 15 March. See our latest news page for more details.
