How are we doing

We are committed to being recognised as the leading provider of mental health and learning disability services - locally relevant, nationally important. We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission, the independent regulator of health and social care in England.

  • Integrated Business Plan (IBP) - In 2008 the Trust approved its first ever five year IBP. It sets our strong ambitions for service users, carers, our staff and the Commissioners we serve. For more details of the IBP please visit the Trust Board papers section of the website.

  • Healthcare Commission's Annual Health Check (AHC) - In the 2008/09 we received the rating of good for 'quality of services' and good for 'use of resources' - read more. Find out more about our ratings in 2007/08.

  • Standards for Better Health - The Trust has declared its position against the Standards for Better Health for 2009/10. This will form part of the assessment for this year's Annual Health Check ‘Quality of Services’ rating which will be published in October 2010. The Core Standards Declaration (below) provides details of our Declaration to the Care Quality Commission and includes comments on our services from other organisations.

  • Quality Risk Profile - As part of the new registration process with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the independent regulator of health and social care in England, a Quality Risk Profile (QRP) has been produced for each NHS Trust. The QRP will be used by the CQC as part of their assessment of whether Trusts comply with regulatory standards and whether their registration application will be approved. A copy of the Trust's QRP is below. This outlines information about the Trust and its performance in relation to Essential Standards. The QRP contains information from past assessments and where improvements have been required these have now been implemented.

  • Safeguarding Children – In response to the Safeguarding Children Care Quality Commission Review and the expectations highlighted within the letter from David Nicholson, Nottinghamshire Healthcare is able to declare that it is compliant with Safeguarding Children requirements. Please find below more information about the declaration and a copy of the Trust's full declaration.
