Invest to Lead is Nottinghamshire Healthcare's highly regarded Leadership Development Programme. It is unique to the NHS and run in collaboration with Professor Mike Cooke, Chief Executive and the Learning and Development Department.
It is designed to equip leaders in the organisation with an understanding of the strategic context in which they work and the wider health and social care environment.
The fourth Invest to Lead Programme will begin in autumn of 2011 and will address corporate priorities in terms of the transformation necessary across the Trust and the wider health and social care sector to improve delivery and build future capability.
The future holds an ambitious agenda for a health and social care system that is high quality, personalised and innovative. In line with policy and society’s expectation of the NHS and social care, Invest to Lead 4 aims to develop a community of leaders who will:
