We intend to make available as much information as possible for free in the public interest, however there may be a charge for some information. The charges will vary according to how information is made available.
For those without Internet access, a single print-out as on the website is available by post from, or by personal application to, the Communications Team, The Resource, Duncan Macmillan House, Porchester Road, Nottingham, NG3 6AA.
E-mail - will be free of charge unless stated otherwise. Leaflets and brochures are available- free of charge for leaflets or booklets on, for example, services the Trust offers to the public. A list is available from the Communications Team.
Charges may be applicable for the following:

Hard copies of information or documents in bound print copy

Information copied onto media (for example, CD ROM or other media)

Internet Service provider and personal printing costs

Multiple printouts, or for archived copies of documents which are no longer accessible or available on the internet, for the retrieval, photocopy, postage etc. (Please note - the Trust will not provide printouts of other organisation’s websites)

If you wish to duplicate/process the material for profit, or if you intend to process the information for publication in another format

Services commissioned in response to particular requests

Services where there are statutory powers to charge

Publications processing publicly gathered data for the convenience of the public, through editing, reclassification or other analysis

Retrieval software e.g. published as a key to using compiled data.
If a charge applies you will receive a ‘fees notice’ in advance of the information being supplied to you. The Trust is not obliged to provide information where the cost of locating, retrieving and extracting the information would exceed £450. If a request exceeds this amount we would advise you whether the information could be provided in a different way which would not exceed this limit.
The charges will be reviewed regularly.
