Section 14 - Dignity, Attendance, Health and Wellbeing Policies

This suite of policies and procedures describe and provide arrangements relating to dignity and respect, attendance and health and wellbeing.  The policies and procedures describe arrangements which are designed to ensure that all employees are treated with dignity and respect across a range of organisational circumstances and provides the processes to be undertaken to ensure that this is maintained and also addressed where employees have raised concerns.  These policies and procedures should be read in conjunction with the National Terms and Conditions for Staff.
