Continuing Professional Development within the Trust
Invest to Lead Programme
The Invest to Lead programme is a major initiative to develop leadership capacity in the Trust. Its purpose is to prepare leaders and potential leaders to deliver the best nationally relevant, locally important services in mental health, learning disability and substance misuse. The programme is set in the wider, and future contexts, whilst being applied to the Trust and its services and to the individual participants themselves. The Trust has now completed three Invest to Lead Programmes and Invest to Lead 4 has commenced in October 2011.
