There is a lot of good service user/carer involvement activity in the Trust. We need to be aware of this to report to the Healthcare Commission, Auditors, Commissioners and to share what is happening with service users/carers, local organisations as well as promoting good practice and ideas across the Trust and wider. Every directorate in the Trust produces a directorate involvement report.
The purpose of the Directorate Involvement Reports are:
-
to capture in brief the involvement activity that is happening across the Trust
-
to report on what has changed as a result of the involvement activity
-
to collect evidence to demonstrate what we have done
-
to enable us to share good practice and ideas around involvement
-
to enable the Involvement Team to offer improved support to divisions/directorates
