Staff, service-users and carers have a vital role to play in improving the Trust’s services.
This is why, as an organisation, we treat our involvement agenda as a big priority.
Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is committed to the involvement of people who use our services and their carers in all aspects of Trusts. To support Trust teams in successfully doing this we have:
An involvement team
An involvement strategy (which has been approved by the Trust Board)
A dedicated budget
Two involvement centres
The knowledge and experiences of our staff, service-users, carers and our other stakeholders is crucial in deciding how we reshape our services and modernise the ways we provide patient care.
Involvement is for anyone who wants to have an input and a say about decisions in the Trust, whether it be about:
· Individual Care
· Strategic planning
· Receiving news and hearing developments about the Trust
