The Macmillan Cancer Information and Support service is targeted predominately towards disadvantaged communities and hard-to-reach groups to promote a greater understanding and awareness of cancer prevention.
The aim is to improve access to cancer information and equity of services across Bassetlaw, encouraging the use of and promoting available screening services and providing information about the risk factors in relating to lifestyle and cancer.
