Single Point of Access

 Who are we?
Single Point of Access (SPA) is a one point of contact advice line/communication/referral hub providing access to a number of health services. We provide a 7 day service 7am to 9pm, 7 days a week.

Who is in the Team?
Single Point of Access is staffed by a team of experienced advisors who have a wide knowledge of local health service provision and customer care expertise.

 

How Can We Help?
SPA provides information about local health service provision as listed above.  It also provides a Patients Advice and Liaison service (PALS) to provide assistance, advice and support with any issues or concerns that you have about the care that you or your family is receiving.  The PALS service will also provide advice and guidance on Bassetlaw Community Health’s complaints procedure.

 
How to access the SPA service

Trained advisors will deal with the contact accordingly and forwarded to the appropriate service/department.
