Improving Access to Psychological Therapies
Let’s Talk – Wellbeing provides a range of talking therapies for people experiencing common difficulties such as feeling low, anxious or stressed.
Trained psychological therapists work with patients using a range of ‘talking therapies’ to help them towards recovery. A range of different approaches is used, including stress control courses, group workshops, one to one appointments, self help books, leaflets or computer packages, and telephone appointments.
Provided by Nottinghamshire Healthcare in partnership with Rethink, Let’s Talk – Wellbeing provides services in:
- Nottinghamshire County
-
Bassetlaw
-
Nottingham City
Referrals to the service are made via a GP; the City service will also accept direct self refferals. Find out more about each service in the Information Leaflets section.
The Let’s Talk – Wellbeing services are part of the national Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) programme. For more information visit www.iapt.nhs.uk
