Welcome to Let's Talk - Wellbeing, providing a range of talking therapies for people experiencing common difficulties such as feeling low, anxious or stressed.
Trained psychological therapists work with patients using a range of ‘talking therapies’ to help them towards recovery. A range of different approaches is used, including stress control courses, group workshops, one to one appointments, self help books, leaflets and telephone support.
Having a chance to talk to someone who is qualified to help can make all the difference.
We have dealt with over 33,000 referrals to our service since launch, helping people aged from 18 years to over 90 years old. To find our more about our services please use the links below.
Let's Talk - Wellbeing is provided by Nottinghamshire Healthcare in partnership with Rethink and the Nottingham Counselling Service and provides services in Nottinghamshire County, Bassetlaw and Nottingham City.
Derbyshire and Derby, Let's Talk - Wellbeing Service - Referrals can be made to the Derbyshire and Derby service via a GP. Self referrals are also accepted in the service by completing the self referral leaflet, online referral form or contacting the service on 0115 9560888. If you are not happy with Let’s Talk Wellbeing as your choice of Provider, there are alternative Providers available. Please speak to your GP about the choices available to you. Further information can also be provided by your local CCG.
