Parkside Day Unit offers a range of group and individual therapies for peope over 65 diagnosed with a mental health condition.

8am – 4pm Monday to Friday.
Accessing our services
You need to be referred to the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) or Memory Assessment Service via your GP.

A smaller day unit group is held at The Coppice, Hazelwood House, Highbury Hospital, Highbury Road, Bulwell, Nottingham, NG6 9DR on Mondays and Thursdays 8.00am - 4.00pm.

Visitor parking is available on site. Some spaces have been designated for use by blue badge holders only.
