Virtual Pride 2021

After the overwhelming success of last year’s event we’ve decided to do it again! Due to ongoing social distancing restrictions we’re planning another virtual Pride as an ICS family this summer. Following consultation with partners we have planned weekly activities from Mid-July to Mid-August that aim to educate, celebrate and captivate (your imagination, hearts and minds) … It matters not if you’re a member of the LGBT+ community as we’d love you to show your support for people who are as an ally. We also have a newly created Pride Resource which includes our top 10 books, podcasts, films and TV shows.

In advance of Pride 2022

When the winter months follow the summer sunshine and the warm afterglow of Pride has ebbed we want you to continue being Proud and creative. LGBT+ Network members from across the ICS are working collaboratively to publish a first anthology celebrating LGBT+ identity. We are seeking short stories and poetry relating to all aspects of LGBT+ identities, including those which provide insight into why it’s so important.
