I am responsible for the Trust's approach to involvement. experience and volunteering and working with all parts of the organisation to make sure it makes a difference to our services and organisation.
Jane Danforth, Involvement & Experience Officer
Hello, my name is Jane Danforth.
I help people who use our services to understand that the Trust wants to hear stories and experiences about our services to improve what we do and to hear what is working well too.
Another area of work I’m involved in is the Triangle of Care to improve our partnerships with carers, families and friends.
The best part of my job is working with service users, carers, volunteers, families and staff.
Listening is at the heart of our work and seeing the changes it can make to the lives of people using our services motivates and inspires me.
Feedback really makes a difference. See what people are saying about us on Care Opinion.
