Let’s Talk Wellbeing are no longer accepting new referrals from 1 September 2022. You can still access talking therapies by making a referral using the digital chat bot (the pop up shown in the bottom corner of your screen). Your referral will be managed by Insight IAPT working in partnership with Vita Health Group. 

Once your referral has been submitted via the digital chatbot either Insight IAPT or Vita Health Group will be in contact to schedule your first appointment.
