Meet the team
Dr Anagnostakis joins the New Care Model team on a part time basis from St Andrew's Healthcare where she works as a consultant forensic psychiatrist. Her clinical focus has been in adult forensic mental health services, especially where this is complex co-morbidity with personality disorder. She is actively involved in clinical research and has held senior leadership roles in medical education, medical regulation and with the Royal College of Psychiatrists. She has a record of fostering a creative learning culture to drive quality improvement and innovation.
Claire Holmes is the Programme Lead for the East Midlands New Care Model and has been in post since August 2018 when the Programme was established. Claire has led a number of large scale mental health transformation and service development programmes as well as worked in senior operational management roles over recent years for a range of NHS organisations. She is a qualified social worker by profession with a strong interest in integrated health and social care as well as systems working.
Vicki Watson joined the Trust in 2008 as a staff nurse at Arnold Lodge, working in the Personality Disorder Services, becoming a team leader in 2011. Vicki then joined Lister Ward at The Wells Road Centre when it opened in 2012, and has been the ward manger there since 2014. Vicki is on a secondment posting with the New Care Model team and will lead the Transforming Care Task and Finish Group.
