Exterior of the David Wilson Unit We are the only provider of High Secure Forensic Services for men with a Learning Disability in England and Wales.

We are based in the David Wilson Unit at Rampton Hospital. The dedicated Unit has 54 beds across four wards, a separate day centre, outside horticulture and leisure facilities. Our patients can also access the main facilities within the wider Hospital.

In addition to a learning disability, our patients may also have a mental health problem and/or a personality disorder.

Our clinical teams encourage patient engagement and promote the principles of recovery.
