REACT (Relatives Education And Coping Toolkit) is online peer-supported toolkit for relatives of people with psychosis or bipolar disorder. The aim of this study is to test the effectiveness of REACT for reducing relatives' distress and explore the costs involved in delivering this intervention.
North Nottinghamshire Network for parents and family carers of people with a learning disability
The Network holds meetings open to all carers of people with a learning disability. Refreshments are always available and travel and care costs are reimbursed. - Counselling service - Carers Federation can provide specialist counselling for unpaid carers living in Nottinghamshire or who are registered with a City GP, call 0115 9629 310 for more information.
- Health checks - ask at your GP practice. Also available via Carers Federation clinic, call 0115 9629 310 for more details.
- Caring with Confidence workshops - the course helps carers to make a positive difference to their life and that of the person they care for and gives you the opportunity to share your experiences. For more information call Yvonne on 0115 9629 320.

Carers Time to Talk
Time to Talk is a drop in for carers and families of patients at Highbury, every Wednesday, from 4 - 6pm.
There are also learning and support sessions every Tuesday and Thursday, from 5 - 6pm.
