During this COVID-19 pandemic there may be changes in the way some of our services work. Contact the service directly to check how services are being delivered and follow their advice.

Visiting
Contact the ward you wish to visit in advance for guidance and instructions for a safe visit.

For other medical advice and support contact your GP or visit NHS 111
Only visit your local Emergency Department for serious life-threatening conditions that need immediate medical attention including persistent severe chest pain, loss of consciousness, acute confused state, severe breathlessness, severe blood loss, serious burns or suspected stroke.

Let’s Talk – Wellbeing is no longer provided in Newark and Sherwood and Mansfield and Ashfield. Another provider is available, Insight Healthcare, who already provides services in these areas.
Please note we are still open and working however due to the COVID-19 situation our therapy delivery model has changed to either telephone, online or video conferencing.
How to refer
You may be eligible for help if you are aged 18 or over and registered with a GP practice in Nottingham or parts of Nottinghamshire. You can self-refer by one of the options below or alternatively contact your GP who may arrange a referral to Let's Talk-Wellbeing.

- Call: 0300 300 2200
- Email: letstalknottingham@nottshc.nhs.uk to contact someone who can take your details and arrange an appointment for you. We offer clinics in many places across Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire, please state where you would prefer to be seen.
- Post: Download, print and complete the self -referral form in this leaflet and post it to the address given on the form.

What will happen once I have been referred?
Once we receive your referral we will contact you with information about your first appointment.
The first appointment is generally completed on the phone, and your Let's Talk - Wellbeing therapist will work with you to understand what the problem is and to agree the next steps. Together, you and your therapist will plan a programme of support and self-help activities that match your individual needs.
