Only visit your local Emergency Department for serious life-threatening conditions that need immediate medical attention including persistent severe chest pain, loss of consciousness, acute confused state, severe breathlessness, severe blood loss, serious burns or suspected stroke.
Prospect House
Prospect House is a rehabilitation step-down facility for male patients moving on from low secure inpatient services.
Situated within a residential area, the unit focuses on recovery and relational security to further support patients as they transition between services; enabling them to adapt a less secure, supported environment.

How to refer someone to this service
A referral seeking an inpatient low secure admission can be made as a referral letter with supporting reports to Tracey Jordan at The Wells Road Centre, or via telephone on 0115 956 0859 or via email tracey.jordan@nottshc.nhs.uk.
