Special School Nursing

We provide nursing support and advice on health issues for children and young people, and their families and carers. We also support the move from children's healthcare to adult healthcare when young people leave school.

The service is available to children and young people who attend a special school in Nottingham City or County from age 3 - 19 years.

Service opening hours

8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday all year round.
