Only visit your local Emergency Department for serious life-threatening conditions that need immediate medical attention including persistent severe chest pain, loss of consciousness, acute confused state, severe breathlessness, severe blood loss, serious burns or suspected stroke.
We provide nursing support and advice on health issues for children and young people, and their families and carers. We also support the move from children's healthcare to adult healthcare when young people leave school.
The service is available to children and young people who attend a special school in Nottingham City or County from age 3 - 19 years.
If a child or young person attends one of the schools listed below, they receive the special school nursing service.
