Looking after you
Health and wellbeing champions
Our health and wellbeing champions can give you advice and tell you about services that can support you.
Healthcare drop-ins
Just turn up for a private screening of your BMI, cholesterol, blood pressure and blood sugar levels. Occupational Health can offer advice and signpost you to support if you need it.
Staff physiotherapy service
Our staff can refer themselves to physiotherapy. The service can help with:
- joint and muscle symptoms
- rehabilitation after fractures or orthopaedic surgery
- whiplash
- recovery from back and neck surgery
- soft tissue injuries
- sports injuries
You’re better off with us
Lease car scheme
If you have to travel as part of your job, the Trust will make a contribution to a lease based on your business mileage. If you are in a current lease car scheme with another NHS employer, you may be able to transfer into the Trust scheme.
CYCLE2WORK
We offer a salary sacrifice bike scheme.
Easyrider and Robin Hood card
We now offer access to the Nottingham City Transport Easyrider travel pass and the Robin Hood card, which allows access to Nottingham buses, trams, trains and cycles.
Childcare vouchers
You can take a portion of your salary as childcare vouchers, which are not subject to tax or National Insurance deductions.
