Meet the team

IMPACT is in the process of recruiting to key roles within the team in preparation for assuming commissioning and oversight responsibilities in October 2020.  As at April 2020, the following people are working within the IMPACT team.

Dr Katina Anagnostakis, IMPACT Clinical Lead
Katina is a consultant forensic psychiatrist at St Andrew's Healthcare in Northamptonshire.  She specialises in adult forensic mental health services and particularly complex co-morbidity with personality disorder.  She is actively involved in clinical research and has held senior leadership roles in medical education, medical regulation and with the Royal College of Psychiatrists.  Katina is passionate about fostering creative learning cultures to drive quality improvement and innovation. 

Claire Holmes, IMPACT Programme Lead
Claire is the East Midlands Provider Collaborative Programme Lead and has extensive experience of leading large-scale mental health transformation and service development programmes.  She has also worked in senior operational management roles over recent years for a range of NHS organisations. Claire originally qualified as a social worker and has a keen interest in the integration of health and social care and working across whole systems to deliver change.

Vicki Watson, IMPACT Programme Officer
Vicki joined Nottinghamshire Healthcare as a staff nurse at Arnold Lodge in 2008, working in Personality Disorder Services.  She became a team leader in 2011.  She then joined Lister Ward at The Wells Road Centre when it opened in 2012 and has been the ward manger there since 2014.  Vicki is on currently on secondment to the IMPACT programme office and brings valuable insight to the team regarding operational processes, service-user experience and the benefits of peer support.

Joshua Briggs, IMPACT Project Performance Officer
Josh joined IMPACT as Performance Officer for the Assertive Transitions Service (ATS) pilot and wider programme of work in January 2020. He previously worked in the data team at Nottingham University Hospitals’ cancer centre, coordinating and helping to improve several cancer multi-disciplinary teams. A key element of Josh’s role in IMPACT is to ensure a sound understanding of data-based evidence from which the team can make operational decisions.

Latisha Brooks, IMPACT Admin Support

Latisha provides administration support to the team and previously worked in reception services for the hospitality sector.
