Only visit your local Emergency Department for serious life-threatening conditions that need immediate medical attention including persistent severe chest pain, loss of consciousness, acute confused state, severe blood loss, serious burns, suspected stroke.
Children in Care and Adoption
We support the delivery of health assessments of children in care in Nottingham. We aim for children in care to have the best health possible, in line with statutory responsibilities.
The service is available to children and young people 0 – 18 years old.
Each site is accessible by wheelchair. Accessible toilet facilities are available at each site.

8:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday (except bank holidays).
