Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team - City (Nottinghamshire Healthcare)
The crisis team offers short term support to those who have significant mental illness and are at risk to themselves or others, with the goal of treating them at home rather than in hospital. We have a 24/7 phone line if you or your loved one need support 0808 196 3779.
