Action for Young Carers is a free and confidential service that supports young carers in Nottingham City.

 

Being a young carer - your rights (NHS)

You're a young carer if you're under 18 and help to look after a relative with a disability, illness, mental health condition, or drug or alcohol problem.

 

Getting support if you are a young carer or young adult carer (Carers Trust)

There are lots of organisations that can help you if you are a young carer or young adult carer.
