This mindfulness exercise list isn't exhaustive and other mindfulness practices should be explored with Autistic adults or young people, but these particular exercises focus on bodily sensations, the sensory system and concrete objects to help provide a good starting point for exploring mindfulness. Some of these exercises could also prove useful for people who have difficulty concentrating during mindfulness practices.
