Amber Ward

We are an organic (dementia) assessment inpatient ward. We provide care, support and treatment for adults and older people. We discharge people to an appropriate setting, once they are ready to leave us. We also work with and involve external agencies, such as social workers or physiotherapists.  

 

Accessing our service

Referrals are accepted from all Community Mental Health Teams working in the ward catchment area.

Alternatively please contact your GP service, NHS 111, or in an emergency go to your local Accident and Emergency (A&E) department.

 

Visiting

Visiting hours are 2pm to 4pm and 6pm to 8pm. Visitor parking is available, including spaces for blue badge holders.
