Bank Worker Support Guide

Being part of the Trust's bank is an excellent way to work flexibly at times and locations that suit you, whilst still being able to access some of the amazing benefits offered by Nottinghamshire Healthcare and the wider NHS.

On the bank, you get to choose when and where you work, making it perfect for anyone who may have another job, studies, carer responsibilities or more that they are also committed to. We have both ad-hoc single shifts or longer-term placements available on a full and part time basis at a variety of different locations - there's something for everyone!

We recruit to and support a wide variety of roles including qualified professional clinical roles in nursing and allied health professions, clinical support worker roles, administration support and other specialist areas.

Working on the bank isn't only for those who consider it their primary source of income - the Trust also supports our permanent full time and part time colleagues to access shifts via the bank, working in their own services or using their bank posts to gain experience and development in other areas of work.
