Let's Be Agreement

A 'Let's be Agreement' is a valuable document that outlines the shared values and expectations within our involvement activity.  It helps to ensure that everyone is on the same page when it comes to communication, behaviour and decision making, creating a respectful and productive environment.

The following 'Let's Be Agreement' was developed by members of our Patient and Carer Information Group. This group meets weekly to review and assist in the creation of patient information and is primarily composed of Involvement Partners who have experience of using our services.
