Patient, Carer and Family Reference Group

We're excited to share the launch of our  Integrated Improvement Plan, which sets out the key changes we want to see across the Trust to help us move forward together.

The plan focuses on five main areas:

  • Patient Safety and Quality Improvement
  • Pursuing Operational Excellence
  • Finance and Productivity
  • People and Culture
  • Leadership and Governance

The plan is structured in phases, starting with immediate actions and continuing with long-term changes over the next three years-all aimed at delivering meaningful, lasting improvements.  To make the plan a success, we need input from both our patients and carers.  We'd love for you to join our  Patient, Carer and Family Reference Group  to share your thoughts and represent the views of patients and carers.
