IMPACT Commissioning Strategy
IMPACT Commissioning Strategy 2026-2027
For too long, people with Mental Health, Learning Disability or Autism Spectrum Conditions and their carers have endured systemic health inequality and services that are not built around their needs; nor have the services delivered the outcomes that matter to them.
The work of the IMPACT Provider Collaborative is deliberately bold in its ambition for fundamental change and reflects our values through a focus on human rights, reducing inequalities and ensuring that our commissioning plans are co-produced with the communities we serve in the East Midlands.
This strategy outlines the commissioning intentions for the IMPACT Provider Collaborative for the years 2026-2027.
IMPACT is the Provider Collaborative (PC) responsible for Adult Secure Services (low and medium) across the East Midlands region and has been operational since 2020.
Nottinghamshire Healthcare Foundation Trust (NHCFT) is the lead provider of the PC and works collaboratively with eight other NHS and independent sector providers of secure care services:
- Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (DHCFT)
- Leicestershire Partnership Trust (LPT)
- Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LPFT)
- Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (NHFT)
- Cygnet Healthcare
- Elysium Healthcare
- Priory Group
- St Andrew's Healthcare
