Events

We're delighted to share some exciting news about our planned events for 2026/2027. We have an excellent programme of events coming up, and we're really looking forward to continuing to work with you all across the year.

We are delighted to share that some event booking for 2026/2027 are now live. Further events will be shared once confirmed and are available for booking.

As our service continues to grow, we are making some changes to how our events are organised and booked. Previously, bookings were managed through diary requests via email. However, to ensure we can effectively plan, manage attendance, and continue to develop high-quality events, we are moving to a more structured booking process.

What's changing?

Going forward, we will:

  • Share an email announcement when event bookings go live along with the link
  • Ask you to formally book your place via a Microsoft Forms link
  • We will not be sending our multiple reminders but will send one a few weeks before events along with a full agenda.
  • This approach will help us better understand attendance, tailor our events to your needs, and plan for future delivery.

Changes to primary and secondary events

Based on your feedback, we understand that attending events at a single location and date can be challenging alongside school commitments. In response, we are trialling a new approach for this year:

  • Two events will be offered for Primary and Secondary meetings
  • One event will be held in the south of the county
  • One event will be held in the central / north area
  • These will take place on separate dates

You are welcome to choose the location and date that best suits your school or personal circumstances (for example, attending a venue closer to home if this is more convenient).

Please note: Although there are two dates for each (Primary and Secondary), the content will be the same. These sessions are duplicated to improve accessibility, so please only book onto one event to allow as many schools as possible to attend.

Mental Health Lead network weetings

We are also making improvements to how our Mental Health Lead Network meeting information is shared. We understand from your feedback that calendar invites can sometimes be difficult to locate when inboxes are busy.

To support this, we will be clearly listing all meeting dates and access links under the heading below, making it easier for you to quickly find and join sessions.

We will continue to send email communications and diary invitations as reminders; however, this additional approach will ensure you always have a central, easy-to-access reference point for upcoming meetings.
