My team have worked extremely hard to deliver suicide awareness and response training to over 2500 staff in just over 2 years. This has been alongside developing and delivering other related training, including the trusts updated clinical risk and safety training which has been rapid and responsive.
I often receive positive feedback about the quality of the training, and also the responsiveness and compassion of the whole team, especially when delivering what can be challenging or distressing subjects for some people.
I am so proud of my team, they are absolutely amazing

It feels absolutely amazing to be highly commended, these ladies are the best team I could ever wish to work with and manage, absolutely wonderful. Children are our greatest asset and the team live and breathe that , they do their best for children in Nottinghamshire and go above and beyond.
It's all about children and families, we want every child to reach their full potential, regardless of where they come from. The team make sure our staff have got the skills and resources to do this.
