Out-of-hours facilities request service

Duncan Macmillan House Helpdesk

Estates operates an out-of-hours service between 4pm and 8am, Monday to Friday, and 24 hours a day on weekends and Bank Holidays.

For urgent or emergency requests, contact the Wells Road Switchboard on 0115 969 1300 to be connected with the On-Call Manager.

Please note: Normal maintenance jobs cannot be registered via the Switchboard and must be submitted via telephone or email during standard working hours.
