10-point plan to improve resident doctors' working lives 

Since the launch of the 10PP in August 2025, Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust has already made significant progress in several areas including course fee reimbursement, exception reporting and mandatory training.

The Trust is committed to implementing and sustaining the improvements made. We'll continue to measure our progress, listen to your feedback, and ensure resident doctors can hold us accountable for delivering the changes.

If you're a resident doctor at NottsHC and want to share your experiences, raise concerns, or contribute ideas for improvement, please contact the resident doctor peer leads or bring your contribution to the pre-RDF and RDF meetings.

Your voice matters, and this is your opportunity to shape the changes that will improve our working lives.
