Resident Doctor Forum (RDF)

The Resident Doctor Forum meets monthly and is chaired by our Guardian of Safe Working Hours.

Meetings are held via MS Teams and are offered on an open invitation basis to all trainees working in the Trust, alongside relevant senior clinical and managerial colleagues.

We work together to continuously improve and optimise the employment and education experience and working environments for you.

Meeting Invites will be circulated by the Medical Workforce Team.

 

Resident Doctors pre-RDF Meeting

There is a monthly resident doctor only pre-RDF meetings. This is chaired by one of the RDPLs or Reps and is held face to face as well as on Teams. It is a safe space to discuss how the placements are going, as well as raise any issues which can be taken to the Resident doctor Forums if they can't be resolved during this meeting.

There is also a NottsHC resident doctor WhatsApp group (for all resident doctors from F1 to ST7).
