During this COVID-19 pandemic there may be changes in the way some of our services work. Contact the service directly to check how services are being delivered and follow their advice.

Only visit your local Emergency Department for serious life-threatening conditions that need immediate medical attention including persistent severe chest pain, loss of consciousness, acute confused state, severe breathlessness, severe blood loss, serious burns or suspected stroke.

Respiratory Service - Mansfield and Ashfield

We provide a home oxygen review and assessment service, pulmonary rehabilitation sessions and respiratory nurse led clinics.

Our services are available to people over 18 years of age.

Pay and display visitor parking is available on both sites. Some spaces are only for blue badge holders.

Both sites are accessible by wheelchair. Accessible toilet facilities are available.


Public transport

There are frequent bus services that stop on Portland Street in Ashfield, situated 20 metres from the site entrance. The nearest train station is Ashfield. However, this is around a 10 - 15 minute walk away.

Nottinghamshire Healthcare staff can access the COPD toolkit on the intranet. This includes referral forms for oxygen and pulmonary rehabilitation.
