The Temporary Staffing Team is the service that manages and maintains the bank, monitors, and supports the overall use of temporary workers by clinical and non-clinical teams throughout the Trust. If you are a bank worker and have a question or concern, the Temporary Staffing Team are here to help.

Some of our duties include (but are not limited to) actioning shift bookings and cancellations, arrange bank workers' Trust induction, training and IT access, working with services to find the right worker for the right vacancy, interviewing and recruiting bank workers, supporting with any pay queries or problems with bank workers' pay, and supporting bank workers with their concerns or following any issues in their place of work.

We have an enthusiastic, helpful team of experienced administrators and qualified nurses who are able to support our bank workers with any clinical issues they may encounter or development opportunities they may wish to pursue.

• The Temporary Staffing office is open Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm, and Saturday mornings 9am to 12pm.

The team operates in two services, office hours between the hours of:

• 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday
• Out of hours: 4pm - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 12pm Saturday

The out of hours service covers cancellations, bookings and agency escalations.

• Option 4: Out of hours service (4pm - 8pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays 9-12)
