Julliet Million's story as a Bank worker

I joined the Bank at Nottinghamshire Healthcare in 2019 as a Healthcare Assistant for both General and Mental Health. I mostly worked at Lings Bar Hospital, on John Procter ward. It was here that I was offered a permanent position in the team. During the Covid Pandemic in 2020, we experienced high staff shortages, especially in qualified nursing staff and this made me start thinking of studying to become a qualified nurse. In October 2020 I applied to study a Bachelor of Science Degree in Adult Nursing at Nottingham Trent University. I started my course in September 2021, and I am now in my second year. I am enjoying my studies and I cannot wait to become a qualified nurse." - Julliet Million, Healthcare Assistant.

If you are wanting to kick-start your NHS career and want to work flexibly then join our bank!
