Virtual healthcare assistant recruitment event for Wathwood Medium Secure Unit

Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is pleased to invite individuals to attend an upcoming virtual recruitment event for Healthcare Assistant (HCA) roles at Wathwood Medium Secure Unit in Rotherham.

The online sessions will take place on:

  • Monday 16 March 2026 - 6pm
  • Thursday 19 March 2026 - 6pm

These sessions are designed for those interested in learning more about the Healthcare Assistant role within a Medium Secure Forensic Unit. Attendees will gain valuable insight into working with individuals with mental health needs in a secure setting and understand the vital role HCAs play in delivering safe, compassionate and recovery-focused care.

Wathwood provides specialist medium secure services and offers a supportive, team-based environment where staff are encouraged to develop professionally and personally. Rampton Hospital to host 'New to Care' virtual recruitment and information event

Attendees will gain insights into working with individuals with mental health conditions and learning disabilities and learn more about the crucial role HCAs play in delivering exceptional care.
