Nottinghamshire Healthcare's East Midlands Cancer Alliance Centre for Psychosocial Health (EMCA CPH) service has been shortlisted in the Picker Experience Network Awards 2025.
The Trust is delighted to have colleagues shortlisted in two categories of the Nursing Times Awards.
We recently heard from a colleague about the fantastic work they do to support their team to have the reflective practice they need.
Each month, a unique and supportive space opens up within the Perinatal Mental Health team, where staff gather not just to talk, but to reflect and create art. Led by Sue Bulmer, Art Psychotherapist, the Arts-Based Loss Reflective Practice Group offers an opportunity to process the often-unspoken emotional impact of working in a healthcare setting, particularly around experiences of loss.
We are delighted to share that Lorraine Britton OBE, Lead Speech and Language Therapist, employed by Nottinghamshire Healthcare, was awarded an OBE for services to children with cleft lip and palate both locally and nationally.
Lorraine is employed by Nottinghamshire Healthcare but is contracted to work at Nottingham University Hospitals Trent Regional Cleft Network, based at Nottingham City Hospital.
