Community Nutrition and Dietetic Service

We provide therapeutic dietetic care in a variety of settings, from individual to group education, for people across Nottinghamshire, with the following conditions:

Adults

  • Malnutrition
  • Diabetes
  • Pressure ulcers
  • Coeliac Disease
  • Irritable Bowel Disease

Children

  • Children’s Cow’s Milk Protein Allergy
  • Feeding concerns in Autistic Spectrum Disorder
  • Faltering growth
  • Obesity in under 5 year olds

Accessing our service

To use this service, your GP or Community based health care professional will need to refer you. You must be registered with a GP in the following areas:

  • Mansfield and Ashfield
  • Newark and Sherwood
  • Rushcliffe
  • Broxtowe
  • Gedling

All health professionals can refer patients via Systmone. Referrals to be sent to Nutrition and Dietetic Service.
