OSCARS (Outstanding Service Contribution and Recognition Scheme)

Our Outstanding Service Contribution and Recognition Scheme (OSCARS), now in its 21st year, recognises the amazing efforts of all our colleagues and volunteers, including those in our Bank workforce. It's a chance to highlight the remarkable work that positively impacts the communities we serve.

There are 12 award categories, each highlighting different aspects of excellence in our organisation, from top-notch patient care to outstanding service contributions and innovative improvement ideas. It shows the incredible dedication and innovation of our #TeamNottsHC colleagues and volunteers.

Anyone associated with our Trust, whether colleagues, partners, service users, or their caregivers, can nominate someone deserving. Nominations for 2023/24 are now closed, and this year, we've received the highest number of nominations in the history of the OSCARS - an impressive 787 nominations, which is truly fantastic!

We take pride in celebrating both teams and individuals who have gone above and beyond in patient care, service support, and volunteering. Thanks to our sponsors, we'll host a special awards evening in Nottingham this July to celebrate these achievements.

The OSCARS 2023/24 finalists announced!

After weeks of deliberation, our judges have decided upon their finalists for the 2023/24 OSCARS. Winners will be announced on the night at the awards evening on Friday 5 July 2024 in Nottingham. Good luck and congratulations on our finalists!
