Unsung Hero Award - Clinical
This award recognises the achievements of an individual in a direct care role who goes beyond their job description to help the Trust deliver its objectives. They bring about change and clear benefits for our patients, service users and carers through their creative thinking, commitment, vision, determination and drive. It is unlikely that the winner of this award will have been formally recognised by the Trust for their efforts in the past.
In addition to the core criteria the judges will be looking for evidence of:
- How the individual has made a significant difference to the lives of service users, patients, carers and / or staff / volunteers?
- How the individual has exceeded what would normally be expected of them in their job?
- How ambitious, creative or dedicated the individual is and how much the individual has listened to the views of other people?
