Team of the Year Award - Clinical
This award is for the team that has demonstrated their ability to deliver clear benefits through working together effectively and efficiently. The definition of a team in this context is two or more members of Trust staff sharing the same goals, in either their day to day work or on a particular project or task. The winning team has demonstrated exceptional communication, cooperation, and coordination, resulting in clear, tangible benefits for the Trust and its stakeholders.
In addition to the core criteria the judges will be looking for evidence of:
- How the team has demonstrated their ability to deliver clear benefits to patients, service users and / or staff / volunteers through working together effectively and efficiently?
- Projects the team has successfully managed which demonstrate excellence in quality, innovation, productivity and prevention?
- What principles underpin their success as a team and what are their unique selling points - what makes them outstanding?
