The Compassionate Mind Foundation logoA warm welcome to The Compassionate Mind Foundation, our Gold Sponsor for the 2026 OSCARS. Their support will help recognise excellence through the Outstanding Care and Compassion Award.

The Compassionate Mind Foundation was founded in 2006 by Professor Paul Gilbert OBE - who spent over 40 years as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist within the NHS.

As a charity dedicated to promoting wellbeing through the scientific understanding and application of compassion, we are honoured to celebrate your dedication to healthcare.

For two decades, our charity has been at the forefront of researching Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and delivering Compassionate Mind Training to thousands of mental health professionals and teams across the NHS. Through this work, we support staff in cultivating compassionate thinking and behaviour - not only in the care they provide, but also in how they relate to themselves under pressure.

As the leading provider of compassion focused training, we are honoured to stand alongside NHS teams and celebrate the incredible contribution you make to the health and wellbeing of our communities.
