Lifetime Achievement Award
This award recognises the exceptional contribution made by an individual to their chosen field of work - whatever and wherever that may be. The winner will have a strong track record over a number of years in their chosen career and show how their work has impacted on service users, patients, carers and / or staff / volunteers.
In addition to the core criteria the judges will be looking for evidence of:
- What the nominee has contributed during their career with the Trust or service that has recently joined the Trust.
 - The impact the nominee's contribution has had on service users, patients, carers and / or staff / volunteers.
 - The sustainable legacy that has been left by the nominee.
