Visiting
Contact the ward you wish to visit in advance for guidance and instructions for a safe visit.

For other medical advice and support contact your GP or visit NHS 111
Only visit your local Emergency Department for serious life-threatening conditions that need immediate medical attention including persistent severe chest pain, loss of consciousness, acute confused state, severe breathlessness, severe blood loss, serious burns or suspected stroke.

Getting here
By car
Our site offers free car parking and disabled access.
Once entering the Duncan Macmillan House site on Porchester Road, turn right at the roundabout. Follow the purple signs around the back of the building to the college door.
By public transport or foot
If travelling by bus from the city centre, get the 45 bus from Queen's Street and get off at Porchester Road.
Once you have reached Duncan Macmillan House site, go to the main reception of Duncan Macmillan House. Reception staff will then guide you to follow the purple Recovery College signs to the college.
